Prince Harry has chosen three of his godchildren, along with his nephew Prince George and niece Princess Charlotte, to be part of the bridal party for his May 19 wedding. In an announcement Wednesday Kensington Palace also confirmed that Meghan Markle’s two godchildren and the three children of her best friend Jessica Mulroney will accompany her down the aisle.

The ten-member wedding party, which is entirely made up of children, comprises six bridesmaids and four page boys. Meghan has asked her closest girlfriends, including Mulroney, the mother of four-year-old flower girl Ivy and seven-year-old twin page boys Brian and John, to help take charge of the children so that everything goes according to plan.

Bridal expert and Toronto stylist Mulroney has had a key role in the planning of the wedding and has been helping Meghan behind the scenes. Meghan is very close to the family and often holidays with them. She and Harry hid out at the Mulroney’s family town house in October 2016, when news of their romance broke in the tabloids, and it was apparently a moment in the company of the Mulroney’s children, who call her “Aunty Meg” when Meghan knew the prince was “the one.” Harry had been handing out presents and hugging the children which melted Meghan’s heart.

The prince adores children and has asked three of his godchildren to be a part of the wedding party. He chose his close friend Mark Dyer’s son Jasper to be a page boy along with, of course, Prince George, who is a veteran in the role after Pippa Middleton’s wedding last year, where Charlotte was also a flower girl. For that wedding Kate was on hand to take care of the bridal party, and sources say she may be up to helping out at Harry and Meghan’s wedding as well, as she is leaving Prince Louis behind.

“Kate’s really looking forward to the wedding and while she doesn’t have a formal role, she is happy to help with the children. She’s been prepping George and Charlotte so they know what they are going to be doing and that they must be on their best behavior.”

It will be down to the royal children to show their new American friends how to behave at a royal wedding. Meghan’s godchildren, sisters Remi (6) and Rylan (7) Litt ,are the daughters of her close friends Benita and Darren Litt, Along with the Mulroneys, this will be the first royal wedding they have ever attended. California based Benita is one of Meghan’s best friends and in 2016, just months after meeting Harry, she spent Christmas the family. She calls Remi and Rylan her “fairy god-daughters.”

Harry’s god daughter Florence Van Cutsem, the daughter of Harry’s close friends Nicholas and Alice, will have heard all about the excitement of a royal wedding from her cousin Grace Van Cutsem, who was nicknamed the frowning flower girl after she was photographed covering her ears and pulling a face on the Buckingham Palace balcony at William and Kate’s 2011 wedding because of the noise from the crowds.

Zalie Warren, the daughter of Harry’s Eton chum Jake Warren and his wife Zoe, is the youngest member of the party and is just two.

The Whisper. Pictured here at the Invictus Games, Harry has a secret for one person only. (Meghan Markle is that one person, if it wasn’t abundantly clear from the photograph.)

The Shoulder Pat. Perhaps understanding the challenges of having to make brief small talk with throngs of supporters, Harry checks in, affectionately, to see how his fiancée is doing.

The Let the Other Shine. Sometimes the focus is going to be on just one of the two, and both of them instinctively know when to let attention fall on the other—as Harry does here.
